After payment validation, orders are usually processed within 2 business days. In the event of a product stock break, an email will be sent stating the expected delivery date, or giving the option of replacing it with another product or returning the partial or total amount of the order.
All shipments are made via CTT - Registered Mail and the orders are possible to track at any moment. To track is order the client must require it’s tracking number from Quinta do Mel by email to encomendas@quintadofreixo.pt .
In case of return due to client responsability, the orders can only be sent again with new payment of the value of the shipping costs.

Continental Portugal: 2 to 3 business days (after payment validation).
Insular Portugal: 5 to 15 working days (after validation of the payment).
Europe: 3 to 7 business days (after payment validation)

Returns
The Term for the return of articles is 14 days after the purchase.
If the reason for the return is the responsibility of the customer, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The return must be made in the original packaging and under the same conditions in which they were sold, that is, without any use.
The return is made by bank transfer and the bank details must be sent (beneficiary name and IBAN to the email encomendas@quintadofreixo.pt
If the return is due to causes of Quinta do Freixo responsibility, the costs related to returns will also be paid by Quinta do Freixo.
Taxes
All prices mentioned in the Quinta do Freixo online store include VAT at the legal rate provided.
